Register NowWelcome to the 11th Annual Perpetua Fatass! Whether you're an experienced ultra-runner or looking for a new challenge, join us for an exhilarating day of running on January 11, 2025. Choose your adventure with distances ranging from 9 miles to a daring 50k.
This event celebrates a decade of trail running camaraderie, and it's completely free to participate! But remember, this is a self-supported run. You'll need to carry your own supplies, including food, water, and gear, to get you through the race.
Don’t worry, though – you won’t run alone. We group runners according to pace, ensuring that no one is left behind. In the last 10 years, no one has gotten lost!
After the run, we’ll gather at the Yachats Commons for a potluck. Bring your favorite dish, snack, or dessert to share with fellow runners. It's a great way to refuel and celebrate the day's achievements together.
While this is a self-supported run, water will be available at the Cape Perpetua Center. Make sure to refill your bottles and keep yourself hydrated during the race.
We're looking for three volunteers to help make this event a success:
If you're interested in volunteering, please let us know through the registration link above.
Note: This is a self-supported run, so you're responsible for knowing the course. However, no one runs alone! We group runners by pace, and in 10 years, no one has gotten lost.
